Reaching new heights in beautiful homes at Heyford Park
Set in 1,231 acres of gorgeous Oxfordshire countryside, Heyford Park became globally famous in the 1970s as the world's largest airforce base being home to 15,000 American service people.
With the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, the final American airmen and women flew off in 1994 and since then the site has been extensively let for residential and commercial uses.
Since the Dorchester Group purchased Heyford Park in August 2009, they have gained planning consent for a comprehensive redevelopment of the site including building 763 new homes. Our scheme has refurbished many existing heritage and historically important buildings while creating attractive recreational areas and facilities including a village green, school, sports and community centres, playing fields, church, nursery and supermarket.
The site benefits from 24 hour security and provides a unique living and working experience combining all the facilities of a town with a tranquil rural setting.
