A selection of ways to pay us

Here's where you'll find all you need to know about the various convenient and simple ways you can pay your bill. Our bill paying options include: 

Standing Order
Spread the cost over the year with a Standing Order. Please contact us by e-mail to accounts@countywater.co.uk or phone 0333 3208 656, we can then provide you with the correct details to set this up with your bank. 

Internet banking
You can pay your bill using your internet banking system. You'll find our bank details and reference on the front of your bill. Please allow five working days for your payment to reach us.

Cheque by post
Make your cheque payable to County Water Ltd. Please include your name and customer reference number on the reverse of your cheque. 

Please do not send us a post-dated cheque and never send cash through the post.
